Luna Health was started by two healthcare professionals with one goal - to offer exceptional care for women. What is the cost of a Luna Health membership?

The annual membership fee is $2,000 if paid upfront. Alternatively, a monthly payment plan is available at $200 monthly for 12 months, totaling $2,400 annually.

What is the process for canceling my plan?

We recognize that unexpected situations may occur, and our goal is to offer adaptability while ensuring fairness to all our clients. With this in mind, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:

  • Annual memberships are not eligible for refunds. You may continue to access Luna Health services for the duration of your 12-month agreement.

  • Month-to-month memberships: After requesting cancellation, you agree to one final payment matching your monthly fee. After your final payment, you will retain access to Luna Health for the entire month. You will have full access to all resources during this time.

Can I use my FSA or HSA for membership or other expenses?

You should consult your FSA/HSA plan provider for details about using your funds to cover clinical fees and any specialized testing. Often the plan provider will require documentation to demonstrate cost eligibility. We are ready to help you gather the needed information.

What’s Included in my Luna Health Membership Plan? 

When you join Luna Health, your first visit will be a comprehensive intake. Together with your provider, you will review your complete medication history, discuss present health issues, and discuss lifestyle habits. We will get to know the current state of your health, discuss risk factors, health goals, listen to your concerns, and get to know you better. Our goal at this first visit is to fully understand your needs so that we can make a personalized health plan tailored just for you.   

At future visits, whether for acute or routine concerns, we will continue to listen to your goals, hear about your progress, and refine your plan as needed.
